Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error

International Orders

For international orders, including shipments to the United States:

  • Import duties or customs fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Returned international packages must comply with local customs regulations
