Where We Ship From
All orders are shipped directly from Taiwan 🇹🇼.
We currently ship to customers throughout the United States.
Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Taiwan public holidays
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United States
We use a combination of international express carriers and economy e-commerce shipping partners, depending on your selected shipping option and destination.
These may include:
• International express couriers (such as DHL or FedEx)
• Economy international parcel networks with U.S. last-mile delivery
Estimated delivery times:
• Economy shipping: 6–12 business days
• Express shipping: 3–7 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on destination state, carrier routing, and customs processing.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or shown as a flat rate, depending on your order and shipping method selected.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions for U.S. orders.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)
Good news for U.S. customers 🇺🇸
Most U.S. orders under $800 USD ship duty-free under current U.S. import regulations.
• Import duties and taxes are generally not charged for orders under this threshold
• In the rare event that customs fees are assessed, they are the responsibility of the customer
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment, especially for economy shipping methods.
Shipping Delays
International shipments may occasionally be delayed due to:
• Customs inspections
• Weather conditions
• Carrier or airline operational delays
If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after shipping (express) or 15 business days (economy), please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
• Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts
